The five circles

Below is the first challenge

“This website is also available in French”

True education begins with learning to educate oneself.

Learn the first 5 basic techniques by yourself.

The first challenge within NC5 is simple in concept, but not in execution.

You do not need to perform them perfectly in terms of body movement. The most important element is: catching and control. Do you dare to take on the challenge with a wooden nunchaku? Every NC5 practitioner knows: this is not easy. It requires persistence and determination. Poor execution is often immediately and painfully punished by the nunchaku itself.

Mentality
If you complete this challenge, you show that you have what it takes for NC5. If you succeed, you will know that you have real perseverance.
That you do not give up at the first signs of discomfort. Where others stop, you continue.

The names of the techniques are in French, as NC5 originates from France. Techniques 1 through 5 can be seen in the videos. The provided link leads to a drawn explanation, including the original French terminology. You are not required to learn these names immediately. Consider it an additional challenge. If you choose to continue within NC5, familiarity with these terms will support a deeper understanding and further development in your practice.
