The first challenge within NC5 is simple in concept, but not in execution.

You do not need to perform them perfectly in terms of body movement. The most important element is: catching and control. Do you dare to take on the challenge with a wooden nunchaku? Every NC5 practitioner knows: this is not easy. It requires persistence and determination. Poor execution is often immediately and painfully punished by the nunchaku itself.
Mentality
If you complete this challenge, you show that you are made of the right material for NC5.
If you succeed, you will know that you have real perseverance. That you do not give up at the first signs of discomfort. Where others stop, you continue.
