Where Are You Going?

A man on a horse was galloping quickly down the road. It looked like he was in a hurry and had something important to do.Another man standing by the roadside shouted to him,

"Where are you going?" The man on the horse replied,

"I don't know! Ask the horse!"

Food for thought

The horse represents our automatic, restless drive to always be doing something  running from task to task, distraction to distraction. It pushes us forward, even when we don’t know why. We are so caught up in motion that we forget to stop and ask: "Is this really where I want to go?"

  • Are you in control of your time or is the “horse” deciding for you?
  • Do you set boundaries that help you focus on what truly matters?
  • Could slowing down actually bring you closer to your real destination?
