Never give up

A group of frogs was traveling through the forest when two of them fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs saw how deep the pit was, they told the two frogs they were as good as dead and would never be able to get out. Ignoring the discouraging words, the two frogs began to jump with all their strength, trying to escape the pit. The other frogs kept shouting that it was hopeless and they should give up. One of the frogs listened to their words, lost hope, stopped jumping, and died. But the other frog continued to jump as high as he could. The crowd kept shouting that it was useless, that he was only making things worse for himself. Still, the frog jumped even harder and eventually made one huge leap and got out of the pit! The other frogs were astonished. "Didn’t you hear us telling you it was impossible?" they asked. The frog explained that he was deaf. He thought they had been encouraging him the entire time.

Food for thought

Words have power. A kind or encouraging word can lift someone out of the deepest pit, while negative words can drag someone down even further. Choose your words carefully they can make or break someone.
Moral of the Story: Never Give Up
Encouragement often starts with the words you speak to yourself and to others. You never truly know the weight your words carry. So why not choose to lift someone up? Your positivity might just be the push they need to overcome their deepest struggle.
