Making Progress Visible

Within NC5, challenges are not designed for comparison with others, but to make personal development visible. The purpose of measuring is simple:
to gain insight into progress. By measuring before a challenge and again after a period of training, growth becomes observable. This can be done in practical and measurable ways.

1. Time Measurement

2. Accuracy

3. Control and Completion

4. Strength and Resistance

5. Efficiencyciple

The Purpose of Measurement

Measurement within challenges is not final judgment. It is a mirror.
The comparison is not: Who is better?
But: Am I better than before?
Progress may appear in seconds saved, fewer mistakes, greater control — or increased calmness during performance.
That is measurement in service of mastery.
