Karate – The Way of the Empty Hand

Karate is a traditional martial art that focuses on striking, precision, and control. Its techniques are direct and powerful, but always guided by discipline and awareness.
More than a system of combat, Karate is a path of self-development. Through repetition and focus, practitioners learn not only how to move, but how to think, react, and remain centered.
Over time, Karate evolved into different styles. Each style reflects the vision of its founder, emphasizing unique principles, training methods, and philosophies. While they share the same roots, each path offers its own way of understanding movement and mastery.

Shotokan

Founder: Gichin Funakoshi
A strong and structured style known for deep stances and powerful linear techniques. Shotokan emphasizes discipline, fundamentals, and traditional training.
