3.  The Open Circle

3. Body · Mind · Weapon

Here, training is no longer limited to repetition. You begin to question structure, timing, rhythm, and application. Different martial systems can be studied — striking arts, weapon arts, grappling concepts — but always with one question: Does this improve efficiency, clarity, and control within NC5?

Freedom does not mean randomness. It means conscious selection. In this circle, adaptability becomes the focus.

You learn to adjust distance, tempo, and response without losing structure. The Open Circle develops independent thinking, tactical creativity, and personal expression — while remaining rooted in principle.
